About Eskorte Arabic
Eskorte is a diligently designed Arabic-Latin type family with an inviting polish that effortlessly conveys a crisp, businesslike tone. Its compact range of styles is designed for tidiness, efficiency, and ease of use by non-designers. Eskorte’s refined functionality makes it the engine of choice for offices, legal and academic institutions, and other text-intensive corporate environments. Eskorte supports Arabic, Persian, Urdu, and over ninety languages using the Latin script.
The full range of weights for both Arabic and Latin were designed in concert, providing a smooth, coherent feel across the family, regardless of language. The Arabic is enterprising and thorough in any document setting, with a full complement of vocalization marks and discretionary ligatures, figures for Persian and Urdu, and language-sensitive contextual alternates. The weights range from workaday text Regular up to the punchy Extrabold built to bolster announcements and notices. For more involved multi-lingual settings, the Arabic pairs harmoniously with the design character of the italic styles available in the independent Eskorte Latin family.
